you will need to do a software up-grade to erase the memory and re-pair your phone

you will need to delete any old devices from the memory.go to SETTING / PAIRED DEVICES / move onto a paired device and press the middle button , then scroll down to delete and press middle button, then press green to confirm.

just go to settings -> paired device and then select on the phone you will have to retreive from the kit cause this car kit may accept until 5 phone already paired.

You will have to check into the phone cause there is an application which allow to be paired automatically.
If i remember nokia, bluetooth and then you will have a autorize the permanent connection.

First, try to check into settings -> pair with phone and ensure that you do not have already five phone paired with the kit. If yes, just delete one of the phone. If not, you have most of the time a message on the phone saying "pairing fail" or other.

Check to the phone that you do not have the infrared activated. Does the phone find the kit?

You can also trying to retreive the battery of the phone during one minute and put it on again. The try to pair once again.

You can make a crossing test with an other phone to ensure that the kit is working.

memory full not connecting.erased all contacts wont let me connect and ament saying memory full?

The display should read "Goodbye" when turning the car off. Try switching the inline fuse holders. (Orange and Red Wires)

I also have the 760 & the first gen Boulder (before the front speaker was added). I had the same issue with the M07 firmware (the latest you can get over the air), but took it into a Verizon store & updated it to M09. I am now able to pair the two devices.

I sent an email to Parrot support and they responded the very next morning. They suggested I remove some of the paired devices in the Parrot. I had 5 phones listed in there and deleted them all. The Bold paired immediately with the Parrot after I did that!!!!!
