you can upgrade to a max of 2gb on that board. These are your 1gb options: 1GB PC2700 333MHz DDR Memory, 1GB PC2100 266MHz DDR Memory, and 1GB PC3200 400MHz Non-ECC Unbuffered 184-pin DDR DIMM Memory. Install a set of any of these and your off and running.

In my opinion the NVIDIA chipset cards are the easiest to install. You will need a AGP 4x or 8x card since it is an older motherboard. I have attached a link to the motherboard site and the other is a link to video cards that would work for you.
