How to Access Netgear Wireless Router SettingsNetgear wireless router settings must be changed using the router's web-based interface. Any computer on the network can be used to access it. From the Settings menu, options such as "Encryption," "Network setup details" and "Passwords" can be customized. There are a few different variations of login credentials. Though these steps will use the details that work for the most common router models, the alternate login details that other models of Netgear wireless routers use will also be included.Things You'll NeedComputer connected to the network1 Open any web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. In the address bar, enter "192.168.0.1" (without the quotes) and press the enter key. This will bring up the login prompt for most Netgear wireless routers. If that doesn't work, try "www.routerlogin.net", "192.168.0.5", or "10.1.10.1" until the login window appears.2 Enter the username "admin" (again, without the quotes), and the password "password" in the appropriate fields, then click OK to login. If that password fails, try "1234," "Password" (with a capital "P"), or "admin" until you are greeted with the settings screen.3 Make any required changes to the settings. Under security, it is possible to specify a new username and password for added security. Once you are done, close the window, and the system will automatically log you out.Tips & WarningsAlways secure a wireless network to prevent outsiders from being able to change your network settings.

Belkin f9k1106v1 range extender not connecting
QUICK TIP: When finding a location for your range extender, it is best to place it within the same room as the computer.
You can also use https://192.168.206.1 to access the range extender's web-based setup page.
Step 1:
Place the range extender in an area where the Wi-Fi signal of your router is strong, but near where you want to establish your extended network.
Step 2:
Plug in the power supply of the range extender and make sure that it is powered ON. Shortly, its light will begin to flash blue and orange.
Step 3:
Place your computer near the range extender. Also, make sure your computer is not wired to any other network devices.
Step 4:
Connect your computer to the range extender by opening the list of Wi-Fi networks and selecting Belkin.setup. Confirm that the list shows it's connected.
Step 5:
Open a web browser, enter https://belkin.range into the Address bar, and follow the on-screen instructions. Don't forget to type "http".
Once the setup for your range extender is complete, you may connect the computer to its Wi-Fi.
