Turns on, then shuts off, then turns on, then shuts off and so on

The internal board is gone. You need to get it replaced, although may be cheaper to buy new PA Speakers.

Speaker turns on and off continually, while the power and limit LED blink at the same time.

I would reccommend opening it up and taking a look inside. It should be easy to work out how to open it up. Once opened, check for any signs of damage or burning around the power supply unit. To find out what all of this means, simply search up what you're having trouble with on YouTube. Check to see if any of the capacitors are damaged. However, The most common reason for your problem would be damaged soldering, cracked soldering, or a weak solder connection. If you ?nkw anyone (friends or family) that are good at electronics and soldering etc, be sure to ask them to check it out too

Mackie srm 350v2 speaker packed up

I believe there is an internal fuse in these which, according to a friend who has these, seems to blow occasionally for no apparent reason. He has also had to send two back for replacement and would not buy again, they seem to be inherently unreliable although they sound great.

How do I replace the fuse on a Mackie SRM 350 v2?

The fuse is inside and is to be replaced ONLY after you repair the cause of it blowing. Additional damage may result if repair is not made first. Power it up with a 150 watt light in series with the power cord as a resetting fuse. When light remains out, unit should be good.

The fuse is mounted on a circuit board behind the power input connector.

Here is a link to a service manual that is probably close to your unit:

Scroll down at the web page to a small link that says "Get Manual" Click on that and after download unzip the file... it is free... ignore the winrar thing...

My Mackie SR1530 is powering on but no sound.

If your Mackie SR1530 is powering on but you're not getting any sound, there could be a number of potential causes. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check your connections: Make sure that all cables are properly connected and securely plugged in. Check both the cables going into the speaker and the cables that are connected to your audio source.
  2. Check your audio source: Make sure that your audio source is turned on and properly connected. Try connecting a different audio source to the speaker to rule out issues with the source.
  3. Check the volume levels: Make sure that the volume on both your audio source and the speaker are turned up. Try turning up the volume to see if you can hear anything.
  4. Check the input settings: Make sure that the input settings on the speaker are correct. For example, if you are using an XLR cable, make sure that the input on the speaker is set to XLR.
  5. Test the speaker with a different audio source: If you have access to another audio source, try connecting it to the speaker to see if you can get any sound.
If none of these troubleshooting steps work, there may be an issue with the speaker itself. It may be a good idea to contact Mackie customer support or a qualified audio technician for further assistance.

Mixer signals is on but qsc 1450 amp not giving any sound when main output is connected but when run aux send to amp it gives sound. What might be the problem.

If you are experiencing an issue where the QSC RMX 1450 amplifier is not giving any sound when connected to the main output of your Mackie 16 OK mixer, but works when connected to the aux send, here are some possible causes and solutions:
  1. Check the main output level on the Mackie mixer. If the level is too low or muted, this can cause the amplifier to not produce any sound. Increase the main output level on the mixer and check if the amplifier produces sound.
  2. Check the cables connecting the mixer to the amplifier. If the cables are damaged or not connected properly, this can cause the amplifier to not produce any sound. Ensure that the cables are connected securely and are not damaged or broken.
  3. Check the amplifier settings. Ensure that the amplifier is set to the correct input source and that the input gain level is set correctly. You may also want to check if there are any protection modes or limiters enabled on the amplifier.
  4. Check the speaker connections. If the speakers are not connected properly or are damaged, this can cause the amplifier to not produce any sound. Ensure that the speakers are connected correctly and are not damaged.
  5. If none of the above steps work, there may be an issue with the mixer or the amplifier. You may need to contact a qualified technician to further diagnose and repair the problem.
Remember to always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines when working with audio equipmen

Mackie CR1604 mixer hum on all channels

I doubt the issue will be the regulators if you have the correct voltage on them. Check where the hum is coming from. What frequency is the hum; 50/60HZ = mains hum = bad ground. 100/120HZ = power supply hum. Affected by a control somewhere maybe.

Master volume not registering at correct level. Profx12

This unit will require an amp. I have set up several mixers and I do not watch output level numbers, you can get desired volume using amp. It does no good to drive input levels high output levels high and the turn down amp. Lower your inputs so no light flashes set master gain to -6 output and then raise amp volume. I have set up 16 mic mixer set individual levels and the feed to main mixer and controlled levels with one fader. I have taken mixes from main mixer to another mixer to control audio on video feed. A good band does not let member's set their levels . the audio person set levels, bad bands have members to set own level with resultant a mess that gets louder and produces sub par event. Remember good bands sound good and bad bands only sound louder, and bad

Mackie 16.4.2.vlz pro. All the channel overload lights come on as soon as power is applied. Changing control/switch positions has no effect.

You probably have issues with caps in the power supply....I would check that first...open it up and look for buldging caps and replace any that you find....
