First off, you need to have a DVD R/W drive in order to use the disc in the picture. If you don't have one, you can purchase an external drive and install it onto your system. From that point, using the disc on your computer I take it to mean how can you BURN a DVD? This depends on your operating system and what program you use to burn it with. There are too many to list here, I suggest using a search engine and asking how to burn DVD's with my ??? system.

I am just throwing these out there as food for thought. Make sure you ended the recording on that other side. If a DVD is left open(meaning more could be written to it) other dvd players have a hard time reading the info. Put in one of the 2 sided disc's that worked. how does the camera recognize the disc? Then insert the troubled disc and see if the disc info is being read the same. i.e. disk size, manufactuer, open/closed? Check for a firmware upgrade for your DVD burner/player(s).
