Hi go to the weebly log in page then click on ----menu in the top left hand corner then click on -------contact in the the drop down menu then click on ------------technical support in the page that loads then on the next page look at the menu bar at the very top of the page and click on------- submit a request.--on the drop down form that loads put in the email address that you signed up with weebly--then where it says what type of help do you need click on the relevant subject if you have a designer account then click that if you you have a fre acount click there and then type in you r problem where it says description. try t give them as much details as you can like the user name and email acount you used and any othe rinformation like the name of the website the domain name if you used your own or the weebly .com name you usd if you picked a weebly sub domain . they will usualy get back tom you with in 7 days if its a free account or quicker if you have a desighner accont ..
