Need help finding password

You need to reset it to factory default by pressing the reset button for around 5 seconds. Once it is reset, the username and password is admin/admin. Or if you are a careful guy, you have backup your configuration in your PC, there is a software to read the configuration and extract the password for you. Good luck

Expand range extender

You can install a wireless range extender. Try a Netgear Dual Band WiFi Range Extender, this device extends the wireless range of your existing wireless router, it connects to your wireless router using a wireless connection without the need of a LAN cable.

Disable Nat TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND

yeap it should be the firewall, here is the manual http://www.tp-link.com/resources/software/201161017075118.pdf think this should help you.But if you want my expertise, make the tp-link as a router and vdsl just the internet line. connect it to router wan and buy a switch for all your devices. That should be the safest and smartest way.

We have a TP-LINK TL-SF1008D 8-Port Ethernet Switch installed in the office, there are times the internet speed is slow, what could be the cause?

Multiple users will slow each user down. Think of people filling glasses from the same water faucet. The faucet can only put out so much water. More users...less water per user. Same for router data flow. In your case, it could be too many users in your office or many users on the main feed line coming into your building Check with your internet provider. They can send a tech to measure data speed and identify what is causing your issues.

I just installed TP-Link Deco M5 mesh wifi in my home. My phone and iPad connect automatically to the 5gHz channel but my laptop connects to the 2.4gHz channel.

The laptop may not support 5ghz. Go to Device Manager and get the wireless network adapter name, so you can check online to verify if it supports 5ghz... R click win logo bottom left of desktop. L click device manager. Find and expand Network adapters.
