Euro-Pro, of course. Toaster ovens are hot by nature. Never put anything on top of any. It may also just be in adequately insulated which is more likely on a cheaper model. For older appliances like toster overns and CRT TV (now even some LCD ones as people switch to LED) Goodwill is great source for quality items for dirt cheap. They are often more reliable then newer Chinese built junk. Personally, I always return any PC item made in China. Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, even Korea (where most BBQ equipment is made except Weber and some VERY small brands as well as Hyundai and other large equipment). Even Samsung is Korean but uses part from all of Asia just like Toyota / Infinity / Acura / Honda. all make MUCH better equipment then Chinese junk. I'd much rather have something even made in Mexico then China these days. 95% of what they do does not last.
