first uninstall the software. download the full version with the latest updated

1. first install fexplorer in your memory card
2. Go to c: you will find a file called mmcstore.
3. Send it to your pc directly and open it in notepad or rename file.
4, At the end of the file you will find your password.

You can reset the password by using a bootable CD. You will need to download the Vista ISO image and burn that to a CD, then boot your computer up to the CD and reset the password.

You may need to enter the computer BIOS to make sure that your computer will boot to the CD and not the Hard Drive. You can do this by pressing F2 or the delete key (depends on the machine) repeatedly until a screen appears with a bunch of settings. Usually the setting titled "Boot Sequence" will allow you to have the computer boot to a CD before it boots to the Hard Drive. This will allow you to launch the password reset utility rather than go straight into Vista.
