Sounds like the phone is on a contract with a different supplier.
Contact the original SIM supplier, EE, O2, Vodaphone etc and ask them to unblock the phone.

Plasma is old technology and it is 16 years old and made in Mexico, the worst place for quality control. It is time for a new one, or at least an upgrade. Or you can get a board kit and take a chance on fixing it.
Restart the system: Turn off the system and unplug it from the power source. Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check the connections: Make sure all cables and connections are securely connected and not damaged.
Reset the system: Try resetting the system to its default settings. This can typically be done by pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the DVR for several seconds.
Update the firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your system and install them if necessary. You can usually find firmware updates on the manufacturer's website.
Contact Samsung support: If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Samsung support for further assistance. They may be able to diagnose and resolve the issue or provide you with options for repair or replacement if necessary.
It's important to note that working with a security system can be sensitive and may require the assistance of a professional. If you are not comfortable troubleshooting the system yourself, it's recommended to contact a professional installer or Samsung support.
Error code Ee with the degrees Fahrenheit showing on a Samsung RF26HFENDSL refrigerator typically indicates a communication error between the refrigerator's main control board and the temperature sensor. This error can be caused by a faulty temperature sensor or a problem with the main control board. It's recommended to check the sensor wiring and connections or call a professional to check the main control board.
If you're getting a "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) error" when attempting to recover your Samsung Chromebook, it means that the system is having difficulty verifying the integrity of the recovery image you're trying to use. This error can occur for several reasons, including:
The recovery image file is corrupted or incomplete.
The USB drive you're using to create the recovery media is faulty or has errors.
The TPM chip on your Chromebook is malfunctioning or not configured correctly.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Ensure that you have downloaded the correct recovery image for your Samsung Chromebook model from the official Google Chromebook Recovery website.
Use a different USB drive to create the recovery media. Make sure it's a high-quality drive that's at least 8GB in size, and that you format it using the FAT32 file system before copying the recovery image to it.
Check that the TPM chip is enabled in the Chromebook's BIOS settings. You can usually access the BIOS by pressing the Esc key or F2 key when the Chromebook is booting up.
If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Samsung's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with a new recovery image or help you troubleshoot any hardware issues with your Chromebook.
It sounds like there may be a problem with your Samsung R540's hardware or software. If the problem is hardware related, it is likely due to a faulty component such as a faulty battery, faulty RAM, or a faulty motherboard. You can try troubleshooting the hardware components to see if you can identify the source of the issue. If the problem is software related, you can try performing a factory reset to reset the device to its original settings. If that does not work, you may need to reinstall the operating system on your device.
If you have forgotten the password and email account associated with your Samsung SCH-M828C phone, and you have attempted to enter the password too many times, the device may be temporarily locked for security reasons. In this case, you may need to perform a factory reset on your phone to regain access to it.
Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all data on your phone, so you will lose any personal information, contacts, messages, and files stored on the device. However, this is usually the only way to unlock a device that has been locked due to too many password attempts.
To perform a factory reset on your Samsung SCH-M828C phone, follow these steps:
Turn off your phone.
Press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons at the same time.
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears on the screen.
Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to navigate to the "wipe data/factory reset" option, and then press the Power button to select it.
Select "Yes - delete all user data" to confirm the reset.
Once the reset is complete, select the "reboot system now" option to restart your phone.
After the reset is complete, your phone should be unlocked and you can set up a new Google account and password
Unfortunately, running an Android emulator on a Samsung N150 with an Intel GMA 3150 graphics card may not be possible as the device does not meet the minimum system requirements for running an emulator.
Samsung American FF redundant wiring connector? 12 views Subscribe Bazza's profile photo Bazza unread, 3:59 PM to Took delivery last week of a model RS6aA8830S9 and had to hake the freezer door of to get it in the kitchen. No prpblems there whatsoever.
Put the door back on OK and then started to connect up the wiring connectorsI connected up two pairs with their unique matching Male and Female partners. Then the next two connectors went in to their unique matching connectors under the hinge cover. Oner of these was obviously for the beeper. Because each pair is unique in terms of size, shape and number of pins, there is zero possibility od a mismatch.
This left one terminal wire with its 5 pin connector that had no apparent corresponding connector. Raise this question with Samsung and so far after 3 contacts have not had a sensible answer from them. They recommended at one stage that I organise one of their techcicians/installers to come around - at a cost of £114 which I declined.
The issue you're describing with your Samsung SyncMaster 733NW monitor could be caused by a few different things. Some possible causes include a problem with the monitor's backlight or inverter, a malfunctioning video cable, or a software issue.
Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Check the video cable: Make sure the video cable connecting the monitor to your computer is securely plugged in on both ends. If the cable is loose, the monitor's display may be affected.
Check the power cable: Make sure the power cable is securely plugged into the monitor and the outlet. Try a different outlet or power cable to rule out any issues with the power supply.
Check the monitor's settings: Make sure the monitor's brightness and contrast settings are set correctly. You may also try adjusting the resolution or refresh rate to see if that improves the display.
Try a different monitor: If you have another monitor available, try connecting it to your computer to see if the problem is with the monitor or the computer.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be a hardware issue. It could be a problem with the backlight or inverter, which would require repair by a professional. It could also be a problem with the monitor's main board.
If none of the above steps helps, it would be better to contact the manufacturer or a authorized service center to repair it.
