Headphone feature stuck on
OK, play music and try to plug and unplug several times.
if sound heard form phone just leave.
otherwise get replaced the headphone socket.
After I charge my battery it will go dead after about 4 hours.
How long have you had the device?Over time the battery will deteriorate and lose capacity, some companies batteries are known to be worse than others.If you've had the phone for more than 8 months I recommend you purchase a new battery, if you've had it less however I would get the phone checked for any faults.

Make sure you have backed everything first.To do a complete reset while the phone is powered off hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same time until it prompts a question do you want to proceed, information will be lost,continue to follow on screen instruction. I have had to do this to my phone about 4 times, you will have to go in after and redo all your apps,setup email etc.good luck.
