If that doesn't work, try connecting to an open / unsecured network to see if that works.

If you can connect to an open wifi, but not an encrypted one it most likely is because either the password was entered incorrectly or you're using an encryption type not supported by the tablet.

You must download an app from the android marketplace that will allow you to open such files. A popular choice is called 'Documents To Go', here is their site (http://www.dataviz.com/products/documentstogo/android/). They have a free and full (paid) version.

You would get better response if you ask just once and provide all the details available. For example, is the screen flashing blue, or another light? Exactly which model Samsung Tab E are you asking about? Have you tried contacting Samsung tech support?

if its saying open it up to reset the battery..it means open it up and to take the battery out and put it back in. please let me know if this is what you are asking,or this is what its telling you to do.
