The hard drive in the Archos may have become corrupted. A format will most likely fix the issue but the media on the drive will be erased.

It only contains a laptop hard drive, so buy a new one remove all screws from either side of your av700 and replace it, dont worry cause once you open your av700 the hard drive is really simple to swap,then fire it up and format the drive you can download upgraded software from www.archos.com

That's a memory error, I can almost guarantee it's an application compatibility issue or corrupted profile settings.You can try reinstalling the browser application, backing up and restoring the system, or reinstalling the system entirely and copy back you contacts, documents, etc.
