Reset the router to factory default. The default user and password is admin/admin. Or if you have backup configuration, there is a software to read this file and extract the password for you. Good luck

When you say US i take it you mean a united states IP adress and the simple answer is you cant. Ip adresses are issued by your isp. You can however use a proxy server that is based in the usa if you are trying to access a country specific site. Hope this helps.

1.You will possibly need to configure the router for what is called "port Triggering"
2. from what I read is that there is no IP via the Hikvision external there fore requiring a new IP each time for connectivity.

have you got two dhcp servers running ? turn off dhcp server in wireless router and use the one in the Thomson TWG850-4 Residential Voice Gateway. make sure ip address in wireless router is different to the Thomson TWG850-4 Residential Voice Gateway. make it one higher on last digit of ip address make sure dhcp does not lease out this ip address.

Multiple users will slow each user down. Think of people filling glasses from the same water faucet. The faucet can only put out so much water. More users...less water per user. Same for router data flow. In your case, it could be too many users in your office or many users on the main feed line coming into your building Check with your internet provider. They can send a tech to measure data speed and identify what is causing your issues.
