This is an issue a professional needs to address, Sometimes they can see what you don't. If the cable/linkage is not adjusted to factory specs you could have more trouble!!
Check if power to relays when operated from throttle control.
Trace wire from throttle control to servo, possible blown fuse, if OK then check for open circuit from relay to the tilt, EG: crushed wire where outboard moves around.
Check the wires and directions, something is crossed. Make sure your pump can do both, be in auto and be used in manual mode. I think the on switch you want to wire in will activate the auto function. There should be a float switch on the pump, be sure that works as it should. The pump may be defective or have a wire crossed.
All 2 cycle engines after about 1966 operate on 50:1 gas to oil mix. If you are unsure, it is fine to operate at a higher oil level, just check the plugs more often for fouling.
Good morning, Sounds like the cable for gear shift needs to be adjusted . Remove control cable or linkage for gear shift . Move gear manually into neutral. Adjust cable length to fit into that position. Hope that helps you Regards Gordy
Sounds like something is overheating and the engine computer is trying to prevent more serious damage. Your workshop must have changed the impeller and flushed the cooling system, so you will have to look deeper. It could be an electrical component that is failing or even the ECU itself, or, perhaps a sensor is sending a bad signal. Have you checked for error codes, that would be useful. Beyond that, it will not be possible to diagnose the problem from Fixya. You heed a better workshop.
Bluish is oil being burnt. You didn't say if it was a 2 or 4 cycle. If it is a 4 cycle, you have a lot of oil getting into the cylinders. If it is a 2 cycle, check the gas for too much oil. Should be 50:1 mix.
You should trace the wires as a connection may have corroded or otherwise disconnected. You can check the voltage at the tilt motor if you have a volt meter. If you have power to the unit, then the unit is probably bad.
