If you are talking about the driver cones in each of the units, then it's odd that they should have gone, unless they have driven too hard or damaged (say by a child poking them). Double unit speakers have a crossover built into that separates the sound into treble and midrange or bass. If the sound coming out is "treble" the high frequency that shows the bass units are not working. Make certain all the wiring is good to the speakers and if you can see the bass speaker check it is not damaged. If you need to, go inside the units and connect a 1.5 battery across each speaker terminal for a second. If it "pops" then it's working.

That shows the unit is switching them off somewhere. Perhaps on different modes or surround settings. If you have a DVD marked THX that will have testing settings for the system. Then you will be able to found out if a setting on the amp is responsible for the loss of channels.

The vocals are directed to the centre channel. If this is not connected or the connection is poor then it will mute the sound of the vocals. If you want you can select stereo mode when listening to just music. Not the surround modes. Or you can check the centre channel is working and not switched off. Some amps have the ability to switch speakers off in different modes or settings.

Have you checked that both appliances are compatible with ARC HDMI? If they are then it is probably a setting problem. You should check that the socket is set up on both devices to act in the right way.

It's probably a settings issue on either the TV or amp. Also check all your cables. Make certain they are working properly.

Power off the television and unhook the power connection. Wait a minute reconnect it. Try again.

My personal suggestion would be to go for these repair catalogs. I know this website reliable-store that i used to buy them from, and they sold online it was very good manual. Go ahead, I bet.

The HT-J5500W can only support a 5.1 speaker system. The main part of the entertainment system supports a direct connection with the front right, front left and center speakers and sub-woofer. The wireless receiver module connects the surround right and left speakers to the rest of the system. You would need a different amplifier/receiver to switch to a 7.1 or other speaker system using more speakers. You may be able to upgrade the individual speakers, as long as you don't exceed the power output limits of the system. The original speakers are 165 W each (front and surround speakers) and 170 W for the center speaker and the sub-woofer. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Check your manual to make sure that your model is Bluetooth enable (unlikely).

The QLED television will only recognize what is connected to HDMI ARC. A digital optical connection wont provide that functionality.

Depends on your headphone. Just follow instructions on headphone manual and tv. Personaly i doubt you can pair bluetooth phones to tv directly, never seen b4. BUT, you can buy from ebay bluetooth TO audio adapter. There is ebay item number 222294284409.
Long story short, its rechargeable and works fantastic. Dont forget to follow pairing instructions.

The sound bar and the head phone are likely receivers only, the phone produces sound.

If you can download the software from Samsung website, put it on a flash drive. Plug into the computer. Run the program. I have found no free service manuals available online to research a part number. Try calling Samsung directly 800-627-4368. That should work, but if it doesn't your service manual can be found at WWW.electronicsrepair.com for $10.00

Bluetooth or Optical cable.

The TV should have a variable audio output jack on the back, use that.
