Did you wipe the scanner eye? If you don't wipe it once in a while the steam eventually builds up a thin film and the scanner can't read the bar codes on your t-discs. Good Luck!

Sounds like either an alignment or a gasket issue. Is the water released from the tank by the same valve? If so, check whatever is in the machine that pushes against that valve. Maybe a part fell off or is jammed.

If the limescale is in the pot, put tablet in pot & boil. If in the maker, fill with water, 3/4, then add tablet. Let disolve, then run water through machine. Run clear water through at least 2 more times before using.
