1. Power off the printer/MFP, wait 30 seconds, and then power it on again. Did the error message return?Yes: Continue to Step 2.No: Print a test page. If the page prints, the printer is working correctly. If possible, connect the printer/MFP's power cord directly into a grounded wall outlet. In rare instances, a surge protector or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) can generate false error messages.Did the error message return?Yes: Contact Lexmark @ 1-800-(539-6275) No: Print a test page. If the page prints, the printer is functioning correctly.

How do i set the time on a lexmark x464

Usually you need to access the embedded web server on the printer by typing the IP address of the printer into your web browser address bar. This will open a window that will have all the settings available.

The display reads: the printhead is not supported by the all in one

Please make sure the print head is seating properly as it should. Another reason could be the contacts of the print head are not connecting properly with the main printer due to dirt. Remove the print head, clean the contacts of the print head and where it seats at the printer. hope this will help

OCR doesn't work with WINDOWS 7 and my Lexmark X5650es printer

Try this approach:1. Uninstall your existing printer driver. On your computer, go to Start menu > Programs > Lexmark X5600 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. After the uninstall process, reboot your pc when prompted.2. When your pc turns on, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. On your computer, go to Start menu > right-click on Computer > click on Properties. Take note of the System Type.3. Use the link below to download and re-install the corresponding printer driver for your operating system:- Lexmark X5650 Printer Driver for Windows 7 32-bit- Lexmark X5650 Printer Driver for Windows 7 64-bitSimply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.4. To re-install the Lexmark OCR scan software, insert the printer software installation CD in your pc CD-ROM drive.5. Click on Install > Install Additional Software > select the Lexmark OCR Scan Software > continue with normal installation steps.Then try to create a PDF or Scan and Edit text (OCR) to verify that the problem is fixed.If that doesn't help, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center at 1-800-539-6275 for additional assistance.
