Hi Tsuyoshi, what's happening with your Kenwood, is that it is protecting, check the connections and speaker connection cables, in case there are any short circuits in them, also check the speakers, testing them with another amplifier that you know works in this way you are ruling out possible faults If you find all cables and baffles in good condition, then you have a power supply problem or speaker outputs If so, go to a specialized technical service Hola Tsuyoshi, lo que esta pasando con tu Kenwood, es que se esta protegiendo, revisa las conexiones y cables de conexi?n de parlantes, por si hay alg?n cortocircuito en ellos, tambi?n revisa los bafles, probando con otro amplificador que sepas que funcione de esta manera vas descartando posibles fallas si encuentras todos cables y bafles en buen estado, entonces tienes un problema de fuente de alimentaci?n o salidas de parlantes, si es as? dir?gete a un servicio t?cnico especializado

How to connect Kenwood 760 ge equalizer with amplifier, cd player, phono etc via various system control outlets WHICH fR WIRE GOES WHERE

Hi Fredi, if your amplifier has PLAY input and REC output, to connect a cassette recorder or other recording system, you connect the equalizer output indicated as "LINE OUT" to the PLAY input on your Amplifier and the equalizer input indicated as " LINE IN "to the REC output of your amplifier, you must select in the amplifier the key that allows you to listen to the input you used to connect the equalizer Another way would be if your amplifier has preamplifier output, indicated as "PRE OUT" and amplifier input, indicated as "AMP IN", usually has some bridges that connect the output to the input, remove them and use two paras RCA-RCA cable sets to make the connections Hola Fredi, si tu amplificador tiene entrada PLAY y salida REC, para conectar una cassetera u otro sistema de grabacion, conectas la salida del ecualizador indicada como"LINE OUT" a la entrada de PLAY en tu Amplificador y la entrada del ecualizador indicada como "LINE IN" a la salida de REC de tu amplificador, deberas seleccionar en el amplificador la llave que te pernita escuchar dicha entrada que has usado para interconectar el ecualizador otra manera seria si tu amplificador cuenta con salida de preamplificador, indicada como "PRE OUT" y entrada de amplificador, indicada como "AMP IN", generalmente tiene colocados unos puentes que unen la salida con la entrada, los retiras y utilizas dos paras de juegos de cables RCA-RCA para realizar las conexiones

Hi gud day!! Need help w/ kenwood amp ka-128...no sound but theres power. When speaker is connected theres hum then speaker relay cliks to off.Is the problem in amp or to the preamp? Thanks

I would suggest a problem with the output stage of the power amp. It's more than likely detecting a high current or short and is shutting the outputs down to protect.
