HP Printer, CP5225, Error message, Right door

This sounds to be a sensor issue. Try:Reconnect the connector (J708) of the 24V interlock switch and the connector(J121X) on the DC controller PCA.Also, try to check the sensor flag of the right door. If it is damaged, replace the right door sensor unit. The sensor worked for me.

Cp5225dn error 59.0240

This error is indicative of a motor not working properly. Reseat all cartridges and drums and remove and reseat the belt. I've seen the belt cause all kinds of issues.

Cp5225 printerseries the entire page with smudge

Is the toner bonded on the page? If not then the fuser is likely faulty. Otherwise you might have a bad cartridge. If you run the print quality test pages you should be able to tell if it is just one cartridge that is bad.
