you should format the Sd card by the software from rio, and I am using 1g SDcard ，I am not sure if 2g sd card works fine.

there is no such thing Even repair places dont have a step by step manual. The problem you have is that the plastic button is broken off the tab and not returning to the up postion or the little switch actuator is cracked . you probably need a new case and it may need to be sent to the factory for repair. I think the reason is is because the song is in the wrong format where did you get the song from was it the same place you usually get songs from and did you change the format by accident this could be the only problem that you're having
