Anonymous, You should be able to press CNTR+ALT+Down Arrow or Up Arrow on the keyboard to rotate the screens image. You may also go into the projectors main menu to adjust. Dell projectors are known for using extremely cheap display chips... Most probably the pixels are stuck you will have to send it to dell for service

did u checked the supply it going to hi blast board power supply board ? if supply is okay then u have to check that 4 all mosfet and drive ic... just try to check later i will explain.... i m shure u will solve ur problem very soon keep it it touch with fixya....!!

If this projector is connected by Component Video (3 or 5 wires) instead of HDMI, the most common color related problems are caused by having one of the 3 video cables (Red, Blue or Green) with a bad connector. If everyone is a green smurf the problem is with the red cable. If everyone is a red smurf the problem is the blue cable. If the green was bad you wouldn't see anything. Another possibility is if the green is plugged into the yellow jack instead of green jack on the projector, you could see what you are describing. If everything checks out, take the projector to a repair facility. If you are connected by an HDMI cable, (combined with the fact you mentioned vertical lines not horizontal) then take the projector to a repair facility. All of this assumes that you don't just have a bad Cable Box or Blu-ray player or Home Theater Receiver. (The source)

I dont know if you skipped this step but you should reset the lamp usage time by selecting "Yes" for Lamp Reset in the OSD Lamp tab. Page 48 on the instruction manual.
