Apple Ipod Touch 4th Generation Questions & Answers
I have a problem with my ipod touch
Try closing other apps when using your games and whatnot. The games and such are crashing because there isn't enough memory to handle it all.
Wifi stopped working for ipod 4th generation
Go into settings and look at the wireless section. Select the wireless connection that you normally use and try to connect. Tell us what happens from there.
Some possible causes might be:
- The password for the wireless router in your home network may have changed.
- If your home wireless router has recently been replaced, or if the iPod is trying to connect to an old or outdated connection, you may need to remove any non-working connections shown in settings and/or create a new connection to your home wireless router.
Re-creating the connection to your wireless router and making sure you have the correct password is the first step to solving this. If that doesn't help, give us more details on what happens when you try to connect (from within Settings).
How do I reset my password on my ipod touch 4th generation?
If you forgot your passcode you can't reset the password. You can reinstall you ipod from itunes and start from scratch. If you happen to have a backup in itunes back from when your password was known or not set you can try to revert your ipod to that backup.
Best practice for passwords: Do use one or someone might set one for you you don't know (usually a bad troll) and don't tell anyone your password for the same reason :)
Update to ios7 from ios6
Yes you can but i would not bother just yet as i have read
today Business Insider published a side-by-side comparison of common apps and pages in iOS 6 and iOS 7.
None were improvements-change for the sake of change isn't an improvement. Half were tolerable. Half were clearly worse, with a clear pattern evident.
