Hi Amira There should be a Blue icon called App Store on your iPad. Open it. You will need to create an account with username, password & credit card details. Your username will be an email address so be sure to make a secure password as half or your details will be easy to figure out (email adrs) The ICON looks like this You can also use a computer to get to the Apple Store. This is my preferred method as it also allows you to make a backup of your iPad. & gives you more detail on & about your iDevices. Just use iTunes on your computer to get into the App Store. Download for free if you don't have it. Then install. https://www.apple.com/itunes/download Good Luck
