Check your +26 and -26 voltages on your ic's.

Bad vertical output ic. Also, check resistors and diodes around vertical output ic.

Need to check an av switching ic. Make sure you got the 12v going to the ic, if missing troublle shoot power supply. If it is there, bad ic. Or if it is low, unsolder vcc pin and check for right voltage to see if the ic is bringing down the voltage.

Do not mess with those, they don't just go out. they are also for skew linearity, heighth, width for vertical and horizontal adjustments. If your convergence went out need to find convergence circuit and look on the plugs for your vcc voltages going to the convergence circuit. If missing, trace back to power supply and look for an open low value resistor.

When Sony TVs detect a problem, they shutdown and present a blink code. The blinking should be a repeated count. Please report that count here as that indicates the circuit in which the problem was detected.

You must have checked fusible resistor?
check convergance control panel and check voltage supply to this board.If voltage are o.k than you have to change convergance control ic which is smd ic and its on the control board.
