The Sony KV-36HS510 has an Auto Setup function for the channels. 1 Press POWER to turn on the TV. 2 Press TV FUNCTION on the remote control. 3 To continue running Auto Setup, press CH+. How many times do this standby light blinks? Count it. These are blinking codes, and are fault indications. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. To get more information about blinking codes, check this site. 11 blinks won't occur to this TV. It might be 10 blinks. If so Check Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on the " D" board. Check for any loose solder connections in the main power regulator section of this TV. It will be very difficult to detect loose solder terminals, as they will be microscopically small to ***** eye. It is best to re-solder all the suspected solder terminals by applying a little more fresh solder to each solder terminals.

I'm sorry that the TV is not working as expected. The 6 time flashing of Standby light indicates that the issue is with the IC on the A Board. I'm providing the service manual for your reference.
