The problem is the main board in your TV. The problem is sort of complex. This could be the main power supply, or the high voltage supply. There is also a chance there is a short on one of the boards and the main supply is tripping to protection. This is not something you can fix at home. In consideration of the service cost, and most likely the circuit boards and many of the parts will no longer be available, you should consider a new set!
