Mine did this after a power flash. Lights blinking 5 or 6. They blink fast lol. I have sound till tv powers back down. Front yard bond fire? Or any ideas? Thx.

Bulb has died. Google tv
Model and "lamp replacent". Will cost you about $90usd. 1 screw on side of rear right of tv.. Lift and pull replace.

Look for power light to blink a specific number of blinks which is a error code. The click is the power relay coming on and then off.

Look to see when it tries to come on if it flashed bright red, green or blue. This set listed is prone to bad tubes and if acting up will come up and screen may flash--also if not coming on count the blinks on the red light--a specific number of blinks like 6 or 8 is a error code.

This tv has DVI port, you can connect HDMI to DVI cable to get HDMI video and connect AV RCA audio pins under DVI input at rear of tv to get sound. There is HDMI to DVI converter also available to connect HDMI cable in this tv.

You need to connect your PC to either your TV or your receiver. Also, if you have XBox, you can watch Netflix through it (thought I'd suggest, just in case).

Take your PC (or take a photo of your available outputs from your PC) and a photo of your available inputs (on your TV or receiver) to Best Buy or similar computer store. They can help you learn which connections you need.

Most likely you'll need a DVI to HDMI cable for video, and maybe a separate audio cable from your headphone connection on your PC to your TV (or receiver). You'll only need a separate cable for audio if your HDMI input on your TV does not support audio.

I am going through this same problem with my TV connecting Apple TV. I am checking now whether my old rear projection tv's HDMI input supports audio (same as yours). I've connected Apple TV to my rear projection TV. I have video, but no sound. Either my TV doesn't support HDMI audio, or I need to change a setting on the TV to enable that sound to work. If the TV does not support HDMI audio, I will need to connect Apple TV directly to my receiver via a digital optical cable for sound.

With your TV in setup Use a small magnet to "move" the non converged Red, Blue, or, Green color lines "crosses" (each CRT will need to be adjusted in turn) by moving the magnet close to the offending Red, Blue or,Green color CRT yoke or, tube while observing the movement of the CRT color line "cross" in a mirror ( try several places near the tube and, several strengths of magnets:) a refrigerator sheet magnet works well (you can cut these with a scissors to make a better fit or, apply less magnetic "pull." by making them smaller (you may need more than one magnet per tube to fix each CRT's convergence) When you have each CRT tube's convergence right, apply some clear silicone adhesive to the magnet and, permanently affix the magnet to the now "fixed" CRT tube exactly where you placed the magnet to obtain the best convergence on the CRT.(Do not adjust the "Green" CRT unless you must, as it is used as the color line to adjust other lines to)

Check IC5101 on the D board vertical deflection has stopped. The 4 blink is indicating vertical deflection has stopped.

Had the exact same problem on a KDP-65WS550.
I replaced IC8002 (MCZ3001DA) and IC8005 (TL1431CZ) on the "D" board and this resolved the problem. Total cost including parts and shipping was around $35.00.

That will probably be a problem on the "D" board.Check Q8013 and 8014.

The convergence board has failed and it will have to be refurbished. The parts are easy to find - you can get a full kit here

but installing it will be a delicate job - very fine solderings will have to be done. If you can't do it yourself then call someone that can.
