Whare can i get diode D6109 part#8-719-510-2.
Hi Benjie,
You can buy this part in your local Electronics Supply. If the part in not yet available you can ask the replacement of this Diode. Bring the sample as much as possible. I've doubt that you can buy it online since you only want a pc.
Hope it may help you.

Red ligt flashes 9 time
Hi,
9 times red light flashing in KP-57WS520 is indicating problem in G Board, technically calls "Zero Crossing Detector" and possible cause is D6116 or D6301 is defective on G Board (power supply)
Check D6116 and D6301 at G board and replace defective diode to solve this issue.
Let me know if you have additional question.
Thanks.
The standby light is flashing, can't get tv to
Hey there,
I had the same problem back in mid-2010
Seemed that the circuit board died. They had to change the whole board just because 1 circuit died which failed to connect to the LCD.
So once they changed it, it was only about $130. The TV worked as good as new.
Let me know if you need anymore assitance!

High voltage or power supply problem. IF you have the ability to do it. Open the back cover of your set and look for the two PWM IC. MCZ30001D near power supply and the other one is near high voltage section. Replace these Parts. It can solve your problem. I already tried it and it worked well...
I have green and blue arched lines across my
This is one of a group of sets that had bad picture tubes. A lot of them were replaced out of hand when the sets were new--I did dozens of them.
The tubes are no longer available from Sony and only available on a rebuild basis--remove the bad one and send it out for rebuild at about 300 per tube.
THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE:
HERE IS WHAT I suggest:
With the set at first unplugged you need to remove the entire plastic grill under the front screen. It is secured in one of two ways: either 4 or more screws on the back on either side; it pulls out from the bottom and has tabs that are tucked into slots just under the screen.
The front controls/keyboard are mounted into it so if you get it free you tilt the front grill on its left side to the left; there are wire ties you can release to get more room.
The other way some versions use is there are two hidden screws at the bottom front covered with caps--remove them and lift from bottom and tilt to the left.
The idea here is to try to turn the screen controls for the green and blue (in your case) down.
With the grill out of the way you will find an inspection plate behind it dead center---remove that.
BEHIND THE INSPECTION PLATE LOCATE THE SQUARE BLACK PLASTIC BLOCK WITH SIX BLACK SHAFTS THAT ARE ADJUSTABLE.
ONE row is marked Focus (Do not touch those) You have to look closely as the controls are black and hard to read--left to right green will be in the middle and red or blue on either side of it.
With the set now turned on go to a unused video input: Locate the blue screen control( tiny letters will be b,g, red with green in the middle---turn the blue down slowly (usually to the left) until any blue lines and or blue background vanish---in your case then repeat with the green SCREEN control until any green curved lines or back ground are gone.
The idea is to lower each screen control until they just vanish--when properly done on the blank input you should only see the "VIDEO 1" ETC in green, with no other color in the background. Do it slowly and it should take less than 1/4 of a turn for this.
If it works you should now have a good black and white picture.
Since these sets have a history of this kind of problem you may only be buying some time---I have done it on dozens of sets and many last more than a year or more without repeat of the problem.
This gives you more life from the set and time to save up to replace it.
Let me know before you attempt this if you have any questions.

Hello, my tv doesn't work, the led get 9 times it
Try connecting the TV directly to a different wall outlet and check. If the issue persists, try power resetting the TV. Turn Off the TV and remove the power plug from the wall outlet for 1 minute and reconnect it and check the operation. If the issue persists, then the TV requires service
