If you're any good inside a TV option(1)is you need to replace D6116 and D6301 on G. board. They are located off pins 7&9 Of T6301. D6116 is a surface mount and in the past I've used a 1N4007 for both...
Option (2) replace the G board new, but that's a little extreme. And the orignal Sony p/n# for that board #A-1054-157-A which is no longer available... So it would probably be $300+ dollars IF you could find it...
Option (3) remove the G board and send it in to PTS Electronics for a rebuild. It will probably cost about $200 including shipping.
And Option (4) find a reputable shop locally to do the repairs for you...
I sincerely hope you'll find some of this helpful. If I can help in any way just let me know...

TV standby flashes 10 times first, then 9 times
I believe you have a "G" Board failure. If I am thinking correctly, when you open the lower cabinet back, you will see a smaller Board that the AC Cord plugs onto. Their is not a lot of components on it but it will cause this same symptom. This Board according to Sony at last inquiring is not available but they will refurbish it if you send it to them. The best way to do it is to work with a Sony Service Facility, have them come out and confirm it is bad, then they could send it in and reinstall it when it gets returned. ETA on something like this is 3-4 weeks.
I hope this helps,
