Check your system with external speakers, if it gives same problem its mean that the audio drivers od the system gone corrupt, needs re-installation,
if the system gives the correct sound, means that the speakers gone damaged, need repair/replacement, you can do by your self if you are technical enough otherwise you need technical assistance from Dell Support

in that case it's either your (RAM) memory is low related to the programs that you've installed on your computer...

Try this steps to boost your (RAM) memory
Run the CMD
Then type SYSEDIT.EXE all caps
then close the two balnk window then click the fourth window
fin (enh) it has a number joining the enh press enter in front of the enh
then type Irq14=4090
then saved it after that restart your computer..... i hope that i solved your problem

1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Hardware and Sound
4. Mouse
5. Device Settings Tab
6. Choose touchpad from menu
7. Click Disable

To undo above, repeat the steps and click Enable

If you want to permanently disable it, you can go to device manager and disable the driver. You can enable it if you ever want to use it again.
