Color Alignment

the most common problem when the tv felt is the shadows all over the screen (maybe the tv didnt show it imm but looks like now is there the problem)
second:there is a circuit in the tv that works when the tv turns on every day. prevents the tv showing shadows on the screen.
the answer is this: if that system that prevents shadowing is working then the CRT is broken and say bye to the TV. But if the expert tech can make sure the D' gauss system is not working and can repair it then you get tv back.

We have a picture, but no sound. Already

If you have no audio on either the AV inputs or off-air TV channels, then it is probably in the audio output stage - the audio IC and all components in that part of the board - including surface-mounted ones - as well as dry joints/broken tracks etc. could be a possible cause. It is probably a leaky surface-mounted capacitor, transistor or diode which is preventing the audio from being produced.

This could be an expensive workshop repair, considering the cost of these parts, and the fact that SMD (surface-mount devices) are extremely tiny and difficult to replace, being soldered and glued to the PCB. This type of repair should be undertaken by a workshop - find one who give you a free quote on the likely repair cost, then you can make a decision afterwards on that basis - whether to go any further with it or not.

Horizontal grey lines and tv cuts off by itself after 10 sec

Anyshop would take this under coinsignment as a bad Horizontal IC

"intergrated circuit"

But do not shoot the messenger, its going to need a shop, I would not recommend you opening this unit and risk a fatel shock or Death. Just the flyback transformer alone could kill you. Not to sound harsh but please understand, I do not want fixya to be on the late night news that it gave someone a solution that could have caused injury or death, if your not experienced take it to a shop. You cost if it is a IC witch it sounds like to me your looking $75-$100 parts and labor.

Thanks for your intrest in fixya.com please do rate and leave feedback. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/edwy_1a56970cf1ea4620

Turn on TV and it stays on channel 6 for 1 minute.

the problem probably on the corroded channel and volume switch tri to clean the switch with a contact cleaner...you can buy it on the electrical/electronic store...also check for any corossion at the system ic on yhe main board. there are two big ic on the mainboard one is the jungle ic or chroma and the other one is the system ic which is feets are directly connected to the channel/volume switches
clean the in between of the feets/terminal of the ic.and this will solve the problem

I try to turn the TV on but it just clicks

It can't be the fuse. Clicking indicates that the power supply is entering overcurrent protection due to a fault. Usually it's a flyback transformer or HOT (horizontal output transistor) failure that leads to this behaviour.

Turn it on,then it turns off by itself.with the remote or button

There can be several causes for this, few of which you can do anything about. However, a few things to try:

1) Replace the batteries on your remote control.
2) Try resetting the logic functions on your tv by unplugging it for a minute, then plugging it back in.
3) Try covering up the infra-red receptor on the front of your TV to see if you're getting unwanted signals from the receptor. taping a piece of foil over that area is perfect. If it doesn't stop after doing these two things you'll probably need to take it to a shop.
4) If this does stop it, then look for unexpected signal sources. Have you added a remote control extender? Added a new device to your audio-video system? Changed to a new remote?

I hope this helps. Joe
