Reset acer 4810t
You can start the Recovery from outside windows by holding down the ALT key and tapping F10 repeatedly on startup. When the recovery loads you will be prompted for a password.
This should have been set by the customer if they have been into the Acer Recovery Management software previously.
If they have forgotten the password or you wish to clear the password you need to boot off the recovery disk that should have been created. More Information From the Acer toolbar at the top of the desktop click on the disk icon Setup a password if requested. After clicking on setup you need to click Create Password to continue. Create a password and add a password hint (strongly recommended). You now have the option of restoring from a previous Windows Vista backup or you can start the Acer recovery process. The recovery is started by clicking Restore at the bottom of the window. Further types of recovery are now presented. Choose Restore system to factory default if you wish to run the hard drive based recovery and return your Acer computer back to it's original factory default state.Note: The factory default recovery will wipe ALL data from the computer so ensure important data has been saved to disk before proceeding. Enter the password that was previously set. Confirm you wish to run the recovery process. After confirming you wish to run the recovery process the computer will restart and restore all the original files Complete the Out of Box Experience when prompted
After a couple of restarts the computer will run through restoring the preinstalled software that came with your computer and then be ready to use
hope this helps

Hello,
battery problems aren't fixed. Once a battery give problems, it has to
be replaced. This problem looks like a battery problem, it is kind of
obvious.
But before you make any replacement, do you know of anyone that uses,
exactly the same Acer model as yours? If yes, test the persons battery
on your laptop and one it functions well, then it means you will end up
buying another battery Also, test the adapter because they are daisy
sometimes. An adapter could be faulty sometime and you might mistake it
for the battery. This is why you need to test the battery and adapter
with another laptop and vise versa .
Batteries are not repaired or fixed, but it can be replaced. So verify
first, to actually be sure your battery is bad, and once that is done,
you can proceed for the replacement.
Lastly, if you don't know where to get a battery replacement, please
let me know so that I could direct you to one or two sites that you can
order the battery from.
I hope you understand the above.
Good luck.

My Acer X1110 switches off as soon as blue light comes on?
it needs service, and service manuals are hard to find on anything by the likes of ACER.
this projector worked for 12 long years, did you own it 12 or bought a bad projector, no history told as I can buy dead projectors all day long. and hard nut problems even hacking done.
Acer X1110 data projector Standard throw projector..
did you know most projectors have serious grade protective devices inside??? (tamper and overheating are 2)
did you read owners manual page 32 yet, errors.
LED codes.?
there are 4 LED, and all 4 matter, projector turned (ON) (not one =1)
also in pairs glowing and also if blinking or not, so read page 32
it tells all that.
my guess is overheat failures, even cold, due fan slow or packed in lint after 12 years of use and no service done,.
https://manualzz.com/doc/49497108/acer-x1110-user-manual
some have dust filtler
a shop first cleans is out first, and check fan RPM with and LED tachometer.
this is all SOP.
''e'' button :acer empowering technology
That button can be set using the utility on your programs list
It maybe that you accidentally turned it off or set it to do some other task.
Start there first before re-installing the program that sets it.
That is on one of the cds that should have come with it and can be installed by itself.
