M100 bluetooth headset too low suddenly
you can get a voltmeter at any auto parts store that will test the output from your charger , and will also check the resistance out to the phones .. if the charger is charging to the stated voltage , and the batteries are not charged , they need to be replaced , their only good for 2--4 years , the chemicals , after time , lose ions in the charge/ discharge process. good luck..
Not able to reset plantronics m100 even after
There are two pushbuttons on the M100. A small obvious one on the narrow side opposite the power slider switch. The second is a button in the center of the face opposite the speaker bulb that fits in your ear. It is this button in the center of the face that must be held for 5 or 6 seconds to initiate pairing (with the red/blue flashing).

I don't know if you've done this, but before charging the headset,
you want to turn it off. On the "Take A Good Look" page from the link
below for the Plantronics M100 you'll see how to turn it off. If it's
still not charging right, you may need to take it back to your retailer
for warranty replacement or call Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty assistance.

Set up voice command and it calls the wrong
According to the user guide you tap the headset for voice recognition
selection. However sometimes it may be the error of the phone not
recognizing the name you want to call. Sometimes the names are similar
in speech (Craig, Greg, Tim, Kim) you may want to change to last names
or a combo of a name (Billybob). Check your phone recognition without
the headset to see if it is the headset not making the name right. If
the headset is still under warranty I would get a replacement.Good luck from

Starting from the beginning sometimes cures those

How do you pair with
Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics M100
headset into pairing mode by holding the call control button until

It is not safe to use the unit if it is getting hot while charging. The
batteries are non replaceable for this headset. If it is under
warranty you should have it replaced. If it is no longer under
