under the decals on ether side are four screws remove these andseparate the sides under these you will find white wedges that hold the case halfs together pull out these wedges and open the case. repair unit and Reverse the prosess to reassemble the unit. If you know how to work on electronics you may need to replace the electrolitic capacitors while the case is open. Kill 2 birds with one stone.

you might of put in the plugin wrong

the yellow is for video the white is for audio, so connect yellow to yellow, and put the white one on one of the colorless ones

I have the same problem whit my plug & play and i dont now what i have to do please help me

Did u open it n c how does the button work n if u do can u put it up on youtube cuz im missin pieces n i need to buy them theres a video up takin it apart .

if it has multible colors the yellow has to go to the green top plug and red and white go to the furthist away from the green plug.

Hi there and welcome to FixYa. The most common solution to your issue would be with the composite jacks provided with your product. The yellow cable represents Video and must be fully inserted into the yellow jack on your television. The other one or two remaining cables should be red and white representing your audio. If your product only has a red cable or a white cable please insert this jack fully into the jack on the back of the television as well. Alot of people have this problem by not color coding the jacks to the inputs or by not having them fully inserted. You don't have to force it in but just press firmly until you feel resistance. My guess is that you need to by a new one then because it can't be repaired at all.
