Unlocked code
Connect to your computer and open itunes.
When you first open itunes you should be in "Devices"
Make sure you're in the "Summary" tab and you will have a button that says "Resore"
Click that and it will do the rest.
This will restore it to factory settings and remove the lock. Then you'll just have to re-sync with itunes once it's finished.
8GB ipod nano will not play songs
Try resynching your IPOD with Itunes on your computer then try to play again. If that does not work please respond and we can try another option. Also after you synch try the update option on Itunes as well that could fix any problems on the sofware side of your IPOD.
Mp4
I dont how to download music to my MP4 from the Internet and also from the media center.
IPOD ? playlist backup
If your IPOD is set to automatic song transfer, and you created an ?on the go? playlist, the IPOD will automatically transfer all songs along with the playlist.
I haven?t tried the following myself yet, but this is the only way that I can think of:
Cancel the auto transfer option ? from the source list in itunes choose the iPod icon and press on the options button. Choose ?manually manage songs and playlists?
If it doesn?t work then I guess its more of a one directional thing, that you get more options going from the PC to the iPod then the other way around.
Ipod nano (unable to download music onto it)
1st answer: You may have a non-Apple product. There are lots of knockoffs of the
Nano. Here is a link to check:

Yes, he can but it would have to be done manually, meaning outside of the iTunes application. When the iPod is connected to a computer, it will show up on the desktop of a Mac as another disk drive. Be warned, as soon as you connect the new iPod to the computer, iTunes will load and attempt to sync (copy) all the songs in its library to the iPod. I LOcked My Nano And I Forgot My Password
Well I went to my computer clicked my ipod and when the folders came up you go up top to "tools and folder options" and go to the tab that says "view" and click the one that says "show hidden folders." Then click "ipod control" then "Device" and delete the file that says "_lock" or something on that line. If you any questions
