I bought a Samsung BD

Here is a solution: http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks/samsung-bd-c6900/10895

Please note, however, that even after region code hack, it may remain NTSC only, so if you are planning to play European DVDs recorded with PAL system, it may not work.

Blu-ray 3D movies doesn't play through a Bose home

Hello,

leave the Blu-ray connected to the TV. Now run a separate connection from the "audio out" of the Blu-ray to "audio in" at the back of your home theater. That is, you will connect the blu-ray to the theater for sound.

Get a RCA cord (Red and white), connect it to Audio Out, at the back of your blu-ray. Then connect the other end to "Aux in" or "CD in" or "video in", depending on the input at the back of the theater, but it has to be "Audio in" (Red and White/ L&R).

After the connection, select the input on your theater. Take for instance, if you connect the input on "Aux", press "Aux" on the theater, and sound will come out through that channel.

This is what you are going to do, in order to get sound from the theater system. So, the HDMI between the player and the TV will bring display.

I hope the above makes sense to you or hope you understand the above.

In case you don't know what a RCA cord looks like, below is a image that will help you out;

Good luck.

Samsung bd-c6900 xaa dvd player freezes on 3d prometheus movie in same spot at scene 20

Report the error to Samsung support. There is an ongoing problem with the firmware. Make sure you have updated to the most recent firmware version 1025.0 that was released this month. There are still unresolved problems with the new firmware release though. Many movies will fail to load and other will load and play but will skip/freeze during playback. This is related to the anti-piracy features on the Blu-Ray that the player can not properly handle.

Players often when the optical pickup in them is either dirty or beginning to fail will first have problems with blu rays because of technical standards are much more refined for the blu rays.

How to unlock samsung bdc6900

1. Ensure that there is no disk in the tray.

2. Switch the player off and then back on. This is necessary to clean-boot the firmware.

3. After the "No Disk" message appears, do the following.

4. Press the REPEAT button - just above the TV channel selector at the bottom right of the controller.

5. Enter 7 6 8 8 4 on the number pad.

6. After a sec or two, the region code (for whatever region it is currently set to) should appear at the top left corner of the screen.

7. Wait till this number disappears.

11. Enter a "9" to make the player region free. Wait till the number 9 disappears.

12. Power down and power up again.

13. Play a foreign DVD to verify the change.

Please Note your timing , when entering the code is crucial, dont press the buttons too quickly but also dont enter them too slowly, dont pause while entering them either, or you will have to start again. This is very important
