Well the advice of MIDI incompatible machines could be the problem but MIDI was designed to be compatible it is a defined standard so it can be compatible on every MIDI device no matter who made it. However life is not like that and some manufacturers added their own extra none standard
MIDI extras so things got complicated. What you need to do is diagnose where the problem is by a process of eliminating each device. Test the devices with other MIDI machines and if possible get someone to check that your MIDI signals are being sent and received OK. If each machine checks out OK then you might like to check the MIDI standards of each machine and get an electronics wiz kid to check your data info is correct on the DATA ports of each machine. Narrow it down until the fault is found and fix or figure out a work around. Good luck.

Its a lot simplifier than that really.. all you need to do is unsolder the old one and re-solder the new one.. The pins and connectors are standard.

Akai MPK mini MIDI Controller Keyboard, 25-Key ...

I have the same keyboard, what do you mean from where it clips on. Do you mean the keys itself are broken? I'm not sure how you did that, but you can contact Akai and see if they will send you a new one. Those keys are supposed to be pressure sensitive and unbreakable. Please rate me for assisting you today! :-) PS I love that little thing!

My knobs of my AMAY

This is likely a software you are using with this is either not compatible with those particular controllers OR is not set up to use those controllers. Someplace those need to be mapped into whatever you are trying to control with the knobs.

I need sound please

Make sure to plug it in before you start up the application. Make sure you restarted your computer after installing device.
Did you check system preferences to see the output settings?
I have mine set to output as headphones and have some external speakers in them. If I unplug them the computers speakers turn right on automatically.

I brought a akai mpk

Your machines are different and likely have different interface chipsets. Some newer machines have more built in plug-n-play than others. There is so much incompatibility that it is a wonder that any of the stuff works together. You need to install the needed driver... NOTE: there is a lot of incompatibility between OS versions... so if for instance you are using XP on one machine and Vista or Windows 7 on the other there are a LOT of incompatibilities. ALWAYS check the requirements for the computer with the specs of the device to be connected. MOST of the problems are due to OS variations. Check for driver updates on the Sony site

Akai ewi 5000 stops playing after a few minutes, how to fix it?

  • The battery is low. The EWI 5000 uses a rechargeable battery, and if the battery is low, it may not be able to power the instrument for very long. Try charging the battery or replacing it with a new one.
  • The power cord is not plugged in properly. Make sure that the power cord is plugged in securely to the instrument and to the power outlet.
  • The instrument is overheating. The EWI 5000 can overheat if it is used for extended periods of time. If the instrument is overheating, it will stop playing to prevent damage. Try taking a break from playing the instrument and letting it cool down.
  • There is a problem with the instrument. If you have tried all of the above and the instrument is still not working, there may be a problem with the instrument itself. You may need to contact Akai customer support for help.
Here are some tips to help prevent this problem from happening in the future:
  • Keep the battery charged. Make sure that the battery is always charged so that the instrument does not run out of power.
  • Plug the instrument in properly. Make sure that the power cord is plugged in securely to the instrument and to the power outlet.
  • Take breaks from playing. If you are playing the instrument for extended periods of time, take breaks to let it cool down.
  • Have the instrument serviced regularly. If you use the instrument frequently, it is a good idea to have it serviced regularly by a qualified technician. This will help to prevent problems from occurring.
I hope this helps!

Power button repair

The power switch will need to be replaced. This will need to be done by a tech rather than the end user unless you are experienced in electronic repair. Take it to the shop.

How to connect s1100 akai sampler to a mixing board music amplier how to connect the jack plug into the right connections

You would come out of the S1100 l/r output jacks into your mixer line input jacks on 2 channels, one panned left, one panned right. Be sure to adjust the input pad on each channel to where you're getting a hot enough signal and that the channels you're inputing to are routed to the mixer's main outputs.

When we try to play LP records, the arm stops half

If it's on ONE particular record, it may have a deep groove that the needle cannot move past. It could also be that you don't have enough pressure on the needle which you can adjust on the arm with a turn of the counter-weight (should be a knob on the other end from the needle)

I turn on the power

normally a buzzing sound means a grounding problem, or a component has failed, unless you have the proper equipment to check these items,, your going to have to take it to a shop that does, sorry I know thats not what you wanted to hear,, but heres a hint, Ive found that a shop that deals in instruments and sound devices charges a lot, I have found a TV repair shop in my town, that can check my band equipment,, and its much cheaper, and I usually get the stuff back much quicker too
