Transferring from napster to creative zen v+ from acer aspire 1
Make sure you have the latest drivers updated. If needed, transfer songs from napster to media player and don't forget to sync you device and also if needed, go to control panel, and then to device manager, and make sure your device is reading, enabled, and working. You can also right click on the driver file and make sure it is NOT set to Read or Write Only.

Compaq iPAQ PA-2
I have the same situation. Although it would have been a good .mp3 player to give to my daughter, I do not think it worth my (or your) time when they have higher storage and smaller bodies for cheap now days.
If you're hell-bent on making it work on those new OS's then your best shot is downloading
RioPort Audio Manager 3.3 (or later) because Windows Media dropped it's driver support after version 7 (it's version 11, now). RioPort is what I used before I got a hold of iTunes.
Good Luck!

How do you take the platinum speaker apart to
It is my pleasure to guide you.
1. Look for tacks or staples along the edges. If there are remove them and you should be able to left out the back, be careful of the wiring that should be attached to the connectors.
2. Looking at the back of the speaker the back could be inset about 1/4". Generally they have been slid into a slot cut into the sides and then the base is put on. Sometimes they glue the back in place. If the back is glued then you will have to cut the back along the sides, being careful not to go through very far being careful not to cut a wire. Problem is that there may be some pinned to the side. Try using a razor blade knife to cut through. Start along the edge next to the side and run the blade along the full side. Tap on the back to see if it moves, try not to break it. If it moves then repeat the rest the same way. The wiring to the connectors may be short so you need to be careful not to pull them off.
3. If the back is only held in by the bottom then that should be a little easier to get the back out. Look for screws or nails and simply remove them.
Good luck and please post back that you are successful, giving thumbs up, or if I can be more helpful.

My Westinghouse monitor is not going on but the
It could be your monitor driver card that is bad.
Before you go buy a new monitor, do a quick test on
connecting the monitor to a laptop or portable computer if you have one,
or if you can, get a friend that has one a laptop and use the monitor
signal cable that is already there, and connect it into the
temporary or borrowed computer to see if you get a picture.
Your borrowed computer will need to know that your attaching
and external monitor, so that will need to be done to let the
new computer being used, to know that it is being attached.
If you get a picture, its your old computer driver card.
If it still stays blank, or no picture, then your 5 year old monitor is bad.
Also, but unlikely, it could be the monitor signal cable that
is bad, in that case it will not work on either application.
You could substitute the cable to make sure its not the cable also
for a quick check, on both applications.
My laptop have no sound
