Either the charger or battery is defective.

It is cheaper to buy a new tablet than it is to replace a cracked screen with a new screen. Buy a new tablet pc.

Hello,I had the same problem with my new tablet and I sent it back to Coby and still have not got my new one.The company is sorry as far as I'm concerned. I tracked my tablet and it got to them on Dec. 7th and I still have not got my tablet,no replies from emails,nothing from Coby!!!

Check the battery charger and see if it is outputting enough to charge the battery or to operate the tablet pc.

Try this Coby-related post, which I found... Directly quoted:"The tablet is setup so that whenever you will be using the keyboard you will have to set it up! So with the machine on and the keyboard plugged into the tablet you select "settings" on the main screen. On the next screen you will need to scroll down to "Advanced Settings". On the next screen you will scroll down to "USB BUS MODE" and deselect the button removing the green check mark. You then select the Curved arrow on the side above the silver button wich backs you back out to the main screen. Now whenerver you open a screen requiring key imput you will be able to use the keyboard."

It might be the version of the Android on it. If you use Android 2.1, then you have to upgrade it to Android 2.2, then you will be able to play Flashcontent.
But bad news is, that you have to wait, until Coby releases an Android 2.2 upgrade for Kyros (http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-tablets/3663-coby-kyros-7015-tablet-questions.html), because if you upgrade your tablet PC from elsewhere, then it might be malfunctioning.

This is the "master" reset procedure. No other way of clearing the unlock pattern.

Step 1- Power the unit off. Press and hold the "Power Button" till the "Device Option menu appears.

Step 2- Click on "Power Off and select "OK" .

Step 3- Once the unit has been turned off. Press and hold the "reset" button and "power" button simultaneously for eight seconds.

Step 4- The following screen will appear. Press the "reset" button.

Step 5- The Android system recovery screen will appear.

Step 6- The "Home and Menu" button will allow you to go Up and Down the Android system recovery screen.

Step 7- Press the menu button to go to "wipe data/factory reset". . Press the "reset" button.


Step 8- The following screen will appear. .
Step 9- Press the Menu" button to select "Yes- delete all user data".
Step 10- Press the "reset" button.

Step 11- The following screen will appear .

Step 12- Press the "reset" button to reboot/restart the unit.

If there is a reset option try that usually by holding down the power and volume up button for ten seconds

it is a tolbar installed on your computer...just go start-control panel-program and features and uninstall all tolbars you have installed befor..then open google chrome or mozilla or IE and delte all cockies and temp files.PUT GOOGLE,COM as HOME PAGE...resart pc and it will solve the problem i think.If not feel free to contact me then i will help you throught...If you can't delte temp files i think the best way to use is CCLEANER you can download it gratis Oppsss...NEVER INSTALL TOLBAR Regards
