Afraid all the news will be bad. Sound like the panel has failed and no adjustmet will fix this. The panel must be replaced and being it's a Dell a huge brick wall comes up. Dell rarley stocks replacment parts after the production line ends, second they do not want to sell these and third they realy do not want you working on them. Here at my shop we have been in biz for 56 years have all the qualifications to be a warentee station for all the major products and have several tech degrees in computer, monitor and tv repair and we can not get them to couf up a part or even a part number for the product, afraid the only way this can be fixed is to send it to them

Try turning the master power on and off a few times. Give it a few secs inbetween power offs and that should work. It's worked for me. Sometimes it takes longer that other times to show a picture.

some times it takes weeks or months. i've had twoo of theses tvs. leave it unplugged for a while. try a few days. when turnig it back on do not use the remote. hold the power button down for an extra two or three seconds. sometimes this will turn the tv on and off again, but sometimes this is the best way to get it to turn on if you have been having that problem. the best thing you can do is try extending your warranty from dell or having them ship you out a new one. once these things break there is really no fixing them and they only last a maximum of a couple years.

It's repairable, sounds like the main board, but try some other cables and sources to see if the same thing happens

Try turning your TV off for 5 minutes and turning it back on in a few minutes to see if that fixes the problem.

no TV stated at all. they have a model number on each made. try new batteries in remote at dell.com read the manual see all words locked in your manual some do have locks. most times holding a button for 10 full seconds does the unlock.

Dell W3706MC 37 in.. what does the small TV HDMI connect to , I can not see or guess your connections at all. a sound bar?, I am guessing , why not just say what you are attempting, in detail.
