This is a memory issue that can not really be fixed. Usually it means that one if the transistors has come loose off the logic board. Anyway, it's a hardware issue. I would look into contacting Logitech for a relacement remote.

Update the firmware.

1. In the software, click "Downloads"
2. Click on "Firmware."
3. Update the remote

The Simpliest way is to take out ur batteries for a 24 hrs or 48 hrs.It will reset itself to the original factory settings.Or follow ur manual

Check the batteries are OK Uninstall it's software, reboot and reinstall it. See if there's a return to default option in the software. You may have mucked things up when you tried changing the configuration. Sorry I can't give more advice I don't know the hardware at all. BMW
