In the manual there is not insignia dvd or vcr code but you can search for it using the remote.

If your TV, VCR, DVD, or Cable Box does not respond after you have tried all the codes for your brand, or if your brand is not listed, try searching for your code by following the steps below
1. Turn on the device you wish to program.
2. Press and hold CODE SEARCH until the INDICATOR LIGHT lights, then release CODE SEARCH.
3. Press and release the device button for the device you are programming (TV, VCR/DVD or DBS/CABLE). The INDICATOR LIGHT will blink once then remain lit.
4. Press and release OFF/ON until your device turns off. Important: You may have to press OFF/ON up to 200 times. 5. When your device turns off, press the ENTER button, the INDICATOR LIGHT will go off.

U have glitches in the reprograming back and forth.Take the battery out,about an hour.Reprograms the codes again,should work again.Don't reprograms the codes back and forth to many times or one times to many will kill the remote for good.U have 2 tvs,U should have 2 tvs remotes.

Since ILO is not listed under the tv remotes, I have had success with using emerson codes. 171 seems to be a popular code. Just try all the emerson codes until you get one that works. If that doesn't work, try the codes search function. The manual will tell you how to do that. Hope it helps.
