Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS. Fixya has two websites, this one and www.6ya.comwhich is a telephone support site where the Experts get paid for answering the questions by phone. Those asking are charged a fee. The other paid site is www.justanswer.combut not affiliated to us. Again, those asking the questions are charged. You may have seen an answer to you from an Indian guy. His answer was deleted, as he using AI Chat GPT4 to answer. The answer wasn't even correct! ..

Hi Aaron, On each question page there is a set of links below the question and contains a link called "flag". You can use that link to flag the question for review. For example your when I view your question, I see the following links in light grey below your name. See highlighted section in the image below. If a question is in the wrong category, you can re-categorize the question if you have reached level 2 or 3. In addition once you have reached level 3 you will be given the ability to edit typos in question and to also just delete junk questions immediately. Hope that helps, but don't hesitate to leave a comment with any addition questions!

Cancelling isn't easy, you have to contact Support. Unsubscribing is easy, but you will only get an email if someone answers your question. Click on your name on upper right side, click 'My Account' and uncheck the items that you don't want. Thanks for giving Fixya a try, it is a great FREE website.

Well that is truly a sorry statement to hear. No one every hears from 'Support' as the site is now owned by a capital investment company. If all your posts are 'Anonymous', no one will know who you are or where. If you did use your real name, wouldn't you want your legacy in written form to exist forever. Yes, you can either change your email in settings to one that doesn't exist, or delete the Gmail account linked to it. If you click Comment below with a link to one of your posts, I can delete any posts that have your name under them, or any answers you have made. Let me know.
