NordicTrack A2550 Pro Model Number 303621 Questions & Answers
NordicTrack 1750 Commercial motor not running.
Even with a new control board, if the motor itself is faulty (e.g., damaged windings, worn brushes, or a burned-out coil), it won't respond to speed requests. Aside from the motor control board, other components (such as relays, capacitors, or fuses) can impact motor operation.
Inspect these components for signs of damage or malfunction.
Check if there's an emergency stop button, safety key, or other safety mechanisms that might be engaged.
Alas, you are at the point it would take a professional technician to diagnose the problem, particularly if you see no visible damage to the components mentioned above as well as no engaged safety mechanisms. I am uncertain if customer support for the device would be forthcoming for this used device. Without that guidance or some lucky observation on your part, it is questionable how much you will be rewarded for chasing this rabbit down the rabbit hole.
How to Disassemble your Treadmill
Recently bought a NordicTrack treadmill online and was glad the treadmill 'folded up' for storage and transport. To my horror, the treadmill is very bulky even folded, and hard to get out of standard-sized doorways. This video was SO helpful with the disassembly. Like others who posted, I did have difficulty with the clip passing through the grommet, needed to push the clips through from the inside with a bit of force.
Hope this helps someone else!

My NordicTrack E3000 will turn on but the walk belt won't turn. What are potential solutions for this?
If the NordicTrack E 3000 belt won't turn, there are a few things you can check to fix the issue:
- Power source: Make sure the treadmill is plugged in and the power switch is turned on. If the treadmill is not receiving power, the belt will not turn.
- Safety key: Check that the safety key is properly inserted into the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.
- Belt tension: Check the tension of the belt by lifting it in the center. The belt should lift about 2-3 inches off the deck. If the belt is too loose or too tight, adjust the tension bolts at the back of the treadmill.
- Lubrication: Check the belt for signs of wear or dryness. If the belt is dry or worn, it may need to be lubricated or replaced. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the belt if needed.
- Motor: Check the motor for signs of damage or wear. If the motor is not functioning properly, it may need to be repaired or replaced.
- Circuit breaker: Check the circuit breaker on the treadmill. If it has tripped, reset it and try again.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to contact a professional technician for further assistance.
Nordictrack elite 900 - Does not power on
Sorry to hear that your NordicTrack Elite 900 treadmill stopped working. Here are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the power source: Make sure the treadmill is plugged into a working electrical outlet and the power cord is securely connected to the treadmill.
- Check the circuit breaker: Locate the circuit breaker on the treadmill and make sure it hasn't tripped. If it has, reset it and see if the treadmill powers on.
- Check the safety key: If the safety key is not properly inserted or damaged, the treadmill will not power on. Make sure the safety key is securely in place and not damaged.
- Check the fuse: Some treadmills have a fuse on the power supply board or control board. You can check the owner's manual to see if your treadmill has a fuse and where it's located. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one of the same rating.
- Check the motor: If the motor is faulty, the treadmill will not power on. You can use a multimeter to test the continuity of the motor. If the motor is not working, you may need to replace it.
- Check the control board: If the control board is not working properly, the treadmill will not power on. You can test the control board with a multimeter to see if it's receiving power and sending signals to other components.
If you're not comfortable troubleshooting these issues on your own, it may be best to contact a professional technician or the manufacturer for assistance.

Hello my nordictrack c2000 will not stay running. When I push the start button the belt moves for a second and then the whole machine resets. How do I fix this?
Here are a few potential solutions to try:
- Check the power source: Make sure the treadmill is properly plugged into a working outlet, and check that the circuit breaker or fuse is not tripped.
- Check the safety key: The safety key is a small plastic key that is inserted into the console to allow the treadmill to operate. Make sure that the key is properly inserted and that the key is not worn or damaged.
- Check the console: Make sure that the console is properly connected to the treadmill, and that the console is not damaged or malfunctioning.
- Check the belt: Make sure that the belt is properly aligned and tensioned. If the belt is loose or out of alignment, it can cause the machine to reset.
- Check the motor: If the above steps do not fix the problem, the motor may be malfunctioning and needs to be repaired or replaced.
- Check the control board: If the above steps do not fix the problem, the control board may be malfunctioning and needs to be repaired or replaced.
