Keys 8800 Treadmill Won't Incline
If your Keys 8800 treadmill is not inclining even though the incline motor is running, it is possible that the worm drive shaft has become damaged or has become disconnected from the motor. This is a mechanical issue that will need to be addressed by a trained technician. I recommend contacting Keys Fitness or a qualified treadmill repair service to have the problem diagnosed and repaired. It is important to have this issue resolved, as using a treadmill with a damaged or malfunctioning incline mechanism can be dangerous.

What does error 11 mean and how to fix error 11
Hi,
it could be that there is too much friction between the belt and the portion of the machine below it. Try squirting some oil below the belt and let it run for a little bit before hopping on the treadmill again. Otherwise, you might need to have the treadmill serviced through it's manufacturer.
Thank you.

How do I reboot my technogym want run
Hi,
usually you have a power button on the machine that you can press once to shutdown and once again to power up. It looks like a circle with a vertical line intersecting the top. So you can press that twice with a 15 second pause in-between presses.
Thank you.

Switch puts lights on but treadmill doesnt go on
Hi,
please restart your treadmill without standing on it to see fi the belt moves. If so, please decrease the incline of your treadmill and attempt to ride again. Please check for any debris under the belt (after stopping it) to make sure nothing is impeding it's movement.
Thank you.

Why won't my Technogym seat lower all the way?
Hi,
Please make sure there no debris stopping the seat from lowering. You can also apply a bit of cooking oil or olive oil along any metallic surfaces that the seat moves over to lower friction that might otherwise stop the seat from lowering to it's intended capability.
Thank you.
