Hi, please restart your treadmill without standing on it to see fi the belt moves. If so, please decrease the incline of your treadmill and attempt to ride again. Please check for any debris under the belt (after stopping it) to make sure nothing is impeding it's movement. Thank you.

Hi, Please make sure there no debris stopping the seat from lowering. You can also apply a bit of cooking oil or olive oil along any metallic surfaces that the seat moves over to lower friction that might otherwise stop the seat from lowering to it's intended capability. Thank you.
