Your mic is busted

You can try doing a system reset. Shut off the phone. Remove the battery, & the SIM card. Press any buttons on it around 5 times to discharge any remaining voltage in the phone. Allow the phone to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow any traces of power left to drain. Place the card & the battery back in, & turn on the phone. If the phone is undamaged, it will restart & re-initiate itself without losing any of your files.

I remember reading somewhere about an issue with so called off brand phones(Non-Flagship)... as im in the same boat(Using Cubot Brand) and talking with my service provider today. they stated my phone isnt on the list or compatable with the at&t network anymore(atleast the calling part of it) you should still be able to use data & text. Lucky i already have a third party app for a 2nd phone and also use google voice, both of which let me make calls using my data. and if i need to contact someone i can either send a voice/text message as normal.I have read somewhere that i believe blu is trying to get onto the att network. So hopefully they do because ill just switch back sense they are a good phone company. Hope this info helps.:Edit: Even if it is 4g LTE, also spoke with a friend who has a 5g non-flagship whos carrier uses att and she isnt able to make calls from the phone but the speeds are still there. So hopefully something gets fixed because I believe this is some B.S. to lock us out because we dont want to pay for a iphone or samsung

Internet works because it uses wifi. Calls use your provider, they have cut you off. Also, if you use another company SIM and if they own the phone on a 2 year contract, they will lock you out with a PUK Lock. try swipe down from top and pushing setting button then accessibility menu. is it set up to unlock by voice or if on you, if not try to access google play from a different device to check settings or reset

I think the battery is dead or software problem.To check try to keep charger connected and try to reboot if not then contact the local mobile repairing vendor...

I don't think so, you only lose the info on your cell if you make a factory reset. If you can make a back up with an app.
