Put mailing tape across the screen then lift it off. I think that the sceens get stuck together and when you take the tape off it "unsticks them". If that doesn't work you can try to shut down and restart your phone.
(Presuming you have a Windows/Apple/Linux computer) You can plug a USB or Motorola charging cable (as seen below) into your phone and your computer. After you plug your phone into the computer and unlock both the phone (p) and computer (c), the c will prompt you to decide what to do with the plugged in device. You can click to enable the transfer of photos (or files) and the c will open a new window with the contents of the phone {Phone and computer must both be unlocked and plugged in throughout the entire process!} You can right click (or ctrl + click on a Mac) on the Photos and chose to download them onto the computer. Once the download is finshed, you can unplug both.
With the device facing up, pull out the SIM tray (located behind the Volume buttons).
The SIM tray is located on the right edge behind the Volume buttons.
When using this feature; everything is deleted from the device.
Reset will require a minimum battery level of 25%. If you are unable to perform a reset, please charge for 20-30 minutes and try reset again.

6. Use the volume buttons to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
7. Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press the Power button to select it.

My Motorola T-215 was not charging. It would light up when I plugged it in but would not hold a charge long. I placed the whole unit in the freezer for 4 maybe 5 hours. I plugged it in and the unit is charging and working again. Thank you Jesus.
the age of the battery or battery condition are reasons for going flat
batteries loose charge from internal failures so have the battery load tested
there is not time guarantee on batteries as that is why there is a warranty period
having proved the battery to be good, place an amp meter in the circuit ( a crab claw unit can be attached around the ground cable preventing the necessity of removing the cable and resulting in the loss of radio codes and the like ) to determine the amount of current being drawn to get an idea of the component drawing the current
suspects areas of current draw are
glove box lights staying on
interior lights staying on
faulty light control modules
faulty relays staying activated
seat heaters staying on

With that window open try pushing the soft keys or other keys until that AB changes to ab or Ab, whichever format you're looking for. ab will be all lower case and Ab will capitalize the first letter of a sentence and possibly some proper nouns.
