Activate your device to play this title

Hi, your problem with the micro SD card may be that you had taken it out when your player was powered on, which will cause the connection of the card to your device malfunction. Try to reset your device by pressing on the reset button with your card out of the device during the process. Usually the button is embedded in a hole on the side of your device or in back. Use a small item like the shape of a sowing needle and insert it into the hole where the reset button is located. Press until you here a small click and the player should restart. When the screen is fully loaded, you may now insert your micro sd card. If the card still has yet to function properly, try it manually on your PC. Most of the time when you connect your mp3,mp4 or android to your PC, the menu that comes up should allow a (factory default reset) to be available, so you wont have to format all the memory and erase all that has been saved on your device. I am trying to download

Hi dasdis07...

You did not say what manufacture your MP3 player is so it is hard to tell you what to do.
I will assume you have a normal MP3 player...not an Ipod.
Check to see what format your MP3 player will play...because the I-tunes songs are in ACC.
Normal everyday players play MP3,WMA,ect...but will not play ACC that plays on ipods.
You will also need to download (FREE) and run a media converter so that you can convert your ACC music files to MP3,WMA,etc files that will play on your MP3 player.
Once you have your music converter and on Windows Media Player, then you can transfer them to your MP3 player
What your going to have to do is follow these instructions below:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Music to MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer, you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.
Webpage where you can download a FREE media converter: http://formatoz.com/
