Have you tried cleaning the video head with Servisol Video 40? You could use a cleaning tape, but I think it's better to whip off the top and give all surfaces the tape touches a good clean. You can use cotton buds to reach hard to get areas. Leave to dry before trying a tape. This should work as long as it will pick up a normal TV picture. If the VCR does not, this will be waste of time as the tuner unit is faulty.

I would advise possibly getting a quad to view all 4 cameras. You can also check on the back of the DVR if there is any other place to plug your monitor into. Usually there is a spot port and a monitor port. One will give you the split screen without using a quad. Any camera should work on your system. You would just need to buy a prefabricated cable if you are not familiar with termating BNC connectors. I have a site below that was helpful when installing the cameras at my house. Hi, did you just buy this. Sounds like an error in the mainboard. Take it back and return, nothing you can do to fix it without spending a lot.

That seems to be SAMSUNG's answer for a lot of their problems. Please to note I have read much too many of their manual. If you didn't catch that - this is the worse written manual I've seen in my 34 yrs. in electronics. My choice is to learn their language, put up with this type of garbage or write this off as a learning experience. I choose to exclude SAMSUNG from my list of considerations for any future equipment purchases.

samsung always gets a faulty door or loading mechanism so if you make any more force to get it load then you will worse the problem, get it to a qualified person to check and change the plastic gear

bro you should take it to the repairer,No other options you have. it can't be fixed by doing anything accept changing it's screen or repairing it, if it's possible
